    Premier parking charge

    on a recent visit to Cornwall, we stopped at Lamorna Cove for some lunch. We paid for 1 hours parking. Unfortunately I suffered a bout of ibs and we overstayed by 13 minutes. Do I have grounds for appeal?

    So why post twice?

    You may have something to appeal about but edit your post(s) so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred.

    Post up the PCN suitably redacted but leave dates. You can use a site such as imgur
