    Hi. Just received the claim form from Gladstones solicitors.
    Have parked on a private land. Always ignored the letters and now received the claim form.
    should I pay or defend???

    What do you mean, received a claim form. Please be specific. Is this a letter from the Solicitor or a letter from Northampton Court?

    You can pay and get out of the hassle, which is what the parking company wants, or you can defend but then you haven't given any details.

    Don't identify the driver. Perhaps a copy of the PCN received and possibly the signs.
