hi, I got a parking ticket on private land but I was displaying my child's blue badge. I have been ignoring UkParking patrol ever since but now I have a bill from the County Court Business Centre. Should ai pay it.

You don't have a bill from the CCBC, you have the start of a court claim against you and if you do nothing then you will lose.

Are you going to fight the claim or pay the parking company?

A blue badge gives you no rights or privileges on private land. The handbook that came with the badge will tell you that
