  • Owed money by my ex

I put £48000 in my husbands dutch account and moved to Holland with him as he was working there, after 5 years he was made redundant and we wanted to come back to the UK, when I asked him to transfer the said money into my British account, he informed me that the money was gone, I had to cash n my personal pension of £17000 to get us and my son back as there wasn't a penny in the bank, we have now separated and I am on a minimum wage on 16 hours a week, he said he would pay me £150 a month, but I feel this is way to low, can I take him to court for this money

You can take him to court but is he able to pay it back?

You may not have a right of action to sue for debt, if the money was an asset of a still subsisting marriage.
