If my address was not amended, Â*on moving house , with DVLA, for whatever reason, Â*can a private car parking firm remove a registration from their database and a debt collection firm trace you for payment + expenses. Â*Then refuse any appeal as they state they are not appeal service ? Resulting in the scenario that you cannot see if there has been an infringement or not?
