Highview parking ticket

I have received a parking charge notice for overstaying by 36 minutes in waterfields car park. (I thought it was 3hr limit). Any advice?

Sorry I should have added more details. I have been away for 5 days and have just returned to this letter. The deadline for paying is today so there was obviously a delay it in being posted out.
I'm new to this so would appreciate any help. I've called the local shops in the retail park but they say they can't help. I have a shop receipt to prove I was there.

So you edit you post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. Use "the driver ......" etc.

Post up the redacted PCN but leave dates. So you hadn't received your PCN before you left on holiday How long was that after the alleged parking event?

The ticket was dated on the 23rd. I went away on the 1st and it hadnt arrived by then.

where's the PCN? How can Anyone give advice if there's nothing to work with?

Look through POFA to see if they have got the notice correct in all details, especially para 9.
