  • Hello

Hi I have just joined and needed some advice. My neighbour is building an extension. Some of the scaffolding is over my fence and across my bedroom window. I can open the window but not fully I didn't mind the scaffolding over my property but it has now been like it for 3 years and the extension isn't even a quarter done. Am I able to complain and make them take it down.

Yes. You can immediately withdraw the permission you gave for the scaffolding to be on your property. In the alternative, you can modify that permission such that by xxx date the scaffolding must be removed.
