Hi all
My son has received a letter from newlyn debt collectors for 376.00
he relates it to an acussation of not displaying a residential parking permit back in Aug 2018.he appealed this twice in writing to Parking Control Management UK Ltd.and presumed it was resolved .
he moved out of his address in march 2019..
There has been a CCJ Taken out against him at his old address without his knowledge and it appears Newlyn have now tracked him down at his new address.
they have started to ring and are threatening to come round ......what can he do...we know there is no writ as we phoned the court...we can pay 255 to set aside the CCJ but does that get rid of the debt too...or are we still left with this company harassing?
