hi newbie here. Today I arrived home from university to a letter from Hm courts and tribunal services stating they have important documents for me and if I did not make contact by a certain date I could be committed to prison. Anyway I called the phone number straight away and was informed it was about a debt that is now roughly 10 years old. Only recently found out I had a ccj regarding this debt issued in 2014, I never received any of the paperwork due to moving around so much as my partner was in the army. They are now stating I have 8 days to respond to a letter that I have not yet received any help would be appreciated.
