    Hi i received a letter from a company called wilson rose they are asking me to pay £70 when i read the letter i hadnt got a clue who
    Harrison jones ltd was that i owed this money to i knew i had never used them so i rang wilson rose and they have told me it was from a house i lived in 7 yrs ago and it was ppi for a mbna credit card i received it is so long back i dont remember and also any ppi i have got back from anybody which wasnt a lot the fee was always asked for 1st before i got the money also i am a stickler for keeping all bills up to date and i know if i got this bill i would have paid it wilson rose say they are going to send me out my signed contract and the paperwork has anybody any ideas what i can do i dont earn a lot so this is a big chunk out of my wages

    Are you sure it is Harrison jones ltd and not Harrison Jones & Co ?

    If the 'debt' is older than 6 years they couldn't enforce it in any event due to then Limitations Act.
