Hi I have had a complaint upheld against RBS for their treatment of my business. I have the opportunity to make a claim for consequential losses against them. The trouble is that all this happened around 7-8 years ago and I am lacking documentation to prove my claim, I have lots of debt collection letters and proof that my credit rating plummeted, and records showing that I entered into a period of massive financial hardship, I am after some pointers or advice if anyone may have any information that may be useful against RBS, thanks for reading
