UKPassportService Scam or not

I renew my passport from https://www.ukpassportservices.co.uk/ I have also paid for it as well. They said I will get an email shortly but I have not received. Is it a scam or not?

The site IS NOT part of the passport office. A previous version of this type of service was found to be somewhat of a scam, there is a thread about this somewhere in the forum.
