    the deceased passed away a year ago and had written in he will that she wanted her entire estate to be equally split between one of her daughters and her grandchilden opting to leave out her other daughter. The estate has been settled property sold and money transfered into executors account. The left out daughter has decided to contest the will. The house was purchased by the farther of the daughter named as a beneficiary in the will this was not the farther of the contestor. When he passed away the property was transfered into the name of the mother as per his wishes.

    Coercion of the testator
    The Will has not been properly executed
