  • Warrant of control for a pcn

Hiya would appreciate any help from anyone

Basically 20th of September today I received a letter from a company called judicial service group which I assume is the bailiff company asking for £513 for parking contravention and in the letter it states an application has been made for a warrant of control to be re-issued for the address I’m living at now.

Basically the Renault dealership gave me a courtesy car and I’ve got a ticket in that car for Entering a pedestrian zone in JANUARY 2019.

The dealership must of gave my old Address to The borough of London Islington for the PCN in January and since then they have been chasing me. I just found out about the ticket today and have looked online and seen photos of the convention which is correct and I am in the wrong.

however due to me moving address is I never received any communication any letter or had any knowledge of this ticket taking place and nine months later I’ve got a letter saying they want to make another application for my current address for a warrant of control to be re-issued.

The Letter states “ notices have been issued in accordance with legislation to a previous address”. I guess it means they’ve realised I don’t live in my old address for and have found me somehow here.

What can I do to appeal this PCN to bring back the original amount which is £65 as the vehicle is not registered under my name I’m not the owner I was only the driver at the time which was a hire vehicle and I had moved address 100 miles away and I’ve only found out nine months later that this ticket exist.
    Thankyou

I assume this is part of JBW Group who have been passed the ticket as it has gone unpaid. You are going to have to apply to the Traffic Enforcement Centre for an Out of Time.
