Hi , Just sent a recorded letter, which was signed for and an email that has been acknowledged for voluntary termination of my HP agreement, we have paid 51% and have now cancelled the direct debit. Does the car now belong to the finance company and do we need to update the logbook? we have not heard from them yet regarding collection of the car, we have downloaded the 7 day letter if they have not responded. Is there anything else we need to consider/think about?
