  • What are my rights?

I have just bought a second hand car from a very big main dealer. I didn't view the car but only being 2 years old and from a large dealer didn't think it would be a problem. The car arrived and the very first thing I notice is that the mileage is 7000 more than advertised. After emailing them they have said sorry must have been a typing area. I have the original advert printed out from their website and also the order form for the purchase which both state the lower mileage. What do I do?

You can reject the car being not as described.
