Hi, I signed as guarantor on sept 16th 2017 for my sons rented accommodation, he has got in to arrears of around £1500 pounds, though this is between him and his girlfriend, they have split up, we have had notice of taking it to court for the arrears, this time is now nearly expired as my son has done nothing about it, i really need to know am I still liable or was i only liable for the first six months of the agreement, as that was the initial fixed period.. I have attached the lease agreement, this is making my wife and I very nervous, any legal help would be very much appreciated.. thank you in advance
