    Yes, the OFTvFoxtons case would prevent them claiming sales commission under the letting agency agreement. It doesn't matter what the letting agency agreement said as the law overrides that.

    That's why, as you say, they are claiming under the original sales agency. I still think you ended the sales agency, and the agent accepted that.

    Have you complained to them yet, and what have they said?
