Hy . I do not work because I stay with children (one of 1 and 3 months and one of 5 years) he does not want to stay with me and he wants to take me to 5 years and move. Can he do this to take my child and leave me with the little one without any source of income? The question is can he take my face like this and leave? Yes and the girl wants with him because she is wanted by the father because he did not stay with her much and I know that the girl does not realize what she wants now and I know that she will want me after 2-3 days.

I have difficulty understanding your writing. It might be worthwhile for you to recompose it, but, and I guess, your issue is that the other parent of the children, is leaving you and wishes to take one or both of the children with him.
If that is right, then I would suggest that you urgently take advice from a solicitor - as you do not work, you will likely be entitled to Legal Aid.
