Hi to all, I would like to know how I can get nmo lifted it's been 3yrs since I had any contact with my ex , I hate having this nmo hanging over me I have moved on with my life , my ex has remarried but when the nmo was imposed the judge said it was for life, can it be lifted and if so at what cost. Thank you for any advice you can offer

It is unusual for a NMO to be for life, but unless you very good reasons, I very much doubt if that NMO can be extinguished.The fact that it "is hanging over me" does not get anywhere near a good reason, because the existence of the NMO is to do precisely that. You would be a fool to breach it.
