Just registered our days to day Hello so thought I'd start here.

I'm looking at Complaints to do with windows installation as I've withheld money and want to come to a reasonable reduction from original price due to taking 5 months longer than the 3 days estimate and several more days at different times to get things totally finished to a reasonable standard.

Where should I start as they want their money and legal team have asked me to state trains for non payment despite my email to their Complaints team detailing the delays, errors and pictures to show how bad it was left!

Seems to me to a straightforward breach of contract. See 50 CRA 2015, probably in play.

You offered to compromise the matter by deducting monies otherwise due under the contract. The other side have refused that offer and have made no counter offer.

If they wish to get paid in full, they will have to sue for that.
