Divorce and Consent order regarding War Disablement pension and Army Pension?
Hi - I hope you can assist. I got medically discharged in the 1990's, got divorced cleanly and I remarried in 2010. I'm now going through another divorce (my choice). I have a War disablement pension of £148 p/w plus benefit add ons and an Army Pension of £330 Per month.
Is she entitled to any of that on divorce ?
She has said she doesn't want to touch those. Is that doable ?
She just wants half the equity in the house and we have split possessions.
She has a small working pension through a previous employer which she will commute once she starts her new job - I don't want to touch that. Is that ok ?
Can we do this through the consent order paperwork ? I am in the process of doing this.
