I would like to say thank you for adding me and its fantastic to find this forum. I have a legal issue. I am taking a warrant validity check to the civil courts against the police. I have a letter from the magistrate courts that a search warrant document was used by the police was not ever put on the magistrate courtts with any offences. i have had a difficult time to get legal advise and help so i filed a warrant validity check request in the civil courts. the civil courts kept loosing paper work i filed it initially on 8 february 2019 and the civil courts assigned a case number in april. the police legal person wrote an informal strike out and sent it to the ocurts i wrote then an informal debate and sent it to the courts to stop the police getting a strike out. the police then sent an n244 formal requesting the application be striken out claiming i filed it out of time beyond 6 years for trespass. however its not my fault the civil courts messed around until april on account of claiming they cant find the legitimate n1 i sent legally on line which is legal to do and was in time for the 6 year trespass rule. but most importantly this is not a regular trespass case just trespass as its been done on account of the police obtianing a search warraant to commit trespass to land and home i have waited years for offences and charges on this so called search warrant obtained and none is coming. i contacted the magistrate courts and i have it in writing the search warrant was never put upon the magistrate courts and there is no court case no court code no proceedings due to a search warrant existing and the magistrate courts stated a civil remedy is due. i want compensation for the distress and trauma and the police attempt to prevent legitimate justice on a warrant which legally is a serious civil liberty violation and effectively a state crime. i am not amused with the police. the informal strike out i am concerned as i sent very important papers to support my case and i know how the civil court work a judge is never passed informal documents only given the documents based on the court forms supplied such as on an n1 or an n244. so this n244 hearing dont have this informal strike out debate paperwork upon it which i am concerned about. i absolutely hate civil court procedures as one can give documents to the courts and just goes to court staff that dont legally put documents before a civil court judge so its never seen by a civil court judge unles by some sort of formal court form thats its official upon the courts to be before the judge. there is no way i will let the police walk on me on this hearing coming up in theire efforts to strike out claiming beyond the trespass time of 6 years its not legally ordinary trespass as a police warrant is involved where by the executed document was never put a magistrate court this is very serious its a very serious human rights viiolation civil liberty violation and legally a state crime
