  • Is this legal, helping the community

I have a busniess who help chairties and local community along witb selling products.

If i start uo a crowd funding campaign that explains what i want to do, which is this. I want to be able to make people aware that they can either buy my product or buy a item of clothing from my website and instead of receiving that item, that item they paid for will be giving to the homeless. That money will go to the business to help cover the cost of this. And to also go on and enable my compamy to buy more products to do morr things like this. Can this be done? Is it legal. As i have seen videos where people pay for a slice of pizza but instead of taking it they say gice it to the homless.??
