We recently parked in Branscombe Beach Car park, Branscombe EX123DP on 26th Aug 2019. We paid for 3 hours and displayed our ticket, before returning within the allotted time slot to purchase another hour. We stayed for approx 35 minutes. Tha car park has cameras, so we would not park without paying. Today we have receieved a Parking Charge Notice stating the whole of period parking not paid for. I have checked our recycling bin and do not have the tickets, but can 100% guarantee we did purchase them. How do we stand legally and how can they be allowed to do this to honest, law abiding motorists??
