No communication from executor

Hi. I've come here for help regarding my grandfather as will. Cut a long story short I'm a residue beneficiary. I had to order the will offline to find this out after probate was granted. My uncle hasn't put the bungalow up for sale yet and hasn't replied to my letters that are sent him asking for information is going on. Any advice please
