Bought a rifle that was to be custom built, took 3-4 months before i could receive it, first time had issues on opening the bolt, took back the rifle, it was there couple of weeks again and took to test fire it. Unfortunately the bolt was stuck again, the barrell had a movement 5-6mm play on it. Took it to another repair shop, was informed the threads were not cut properly and i am awaiting a report and pictures. The barrel needs to be shortened one inch and re-thread, proof test.i have given 2 chances for him to fix repair the repair.could you please give me advice on my legal rights and what steps should i take.
