    Civil enforcement ltd

    I have recieved several parking charge notices from CE LTD, 2 of which has resulted to CCJ on my credit file. I have no other negative records and this will cause me problems. Need advice please.

    To clarify,

    One of the CCJ is under my name and the other is under my partners name as I was driving her car too.

    I did not intentionally breach their conditions and I will clarify this once I have a lovely legalbeagles member wanting to advise me further.
