VT just been accepted

Hi there I’ve had a phone call today from rci finance saying that they will be sending me forms out to look at and they did say I’m under no obligation to sign but I do have to pay the excess mileage, I said I don’t as I’ve had legal advice that I don’t & they are saying I’ve been mis advised & I do have to pay .
