    Hi I have recovered county court letter today regarding to over stay on 90 mins free car park . The car park I’ve parked was previously owned by Maplin shop and as it has been close down I wasn’t aware I will have to pay after 90 mins the si

    The sings the are always vandalised and I have parked there previously and never have any letter until this . What should I do now ? I have ignored all the letters for almost a year hoping it will go away . Pleas HELP .

      Ignoring is not a good plan

      First is to acknowledge the claim using the details and password on the form. Nothing in the defence, nothing. This gives you 33 days from date of issue to get your defence to the court.

      SAR to the parking company requesting all records concerning yourself.

      Letter to solicitor asking for all the documents that they intend to use in court in order to narrow the issues between you, as expected by the court. As they must have the documents to hand in order to raise the claim you expect them by return or within 7 days at the latest

      Go to the site again and take pictures of those signs.

      If you still have the original PCN then post it up suitable redacted.
