  • PSA VT still chasing for mileage

    Hello everyone.

I helped my mum VT her Citroen in Feb 2019 after successfully doing this myself with a different car and different finance co a few years ago.

Very slow back and forwards with PSA using your website for help and advice, but they are now saying they've referred her file to external debt collectors.

Really could do with some help as we don't want to pay the charges!!

    Thank you in advance

      Hello

There isn't a magic cure for this, you either agree to pay the charges or you don't and then either PSA choose to take you to court or they don't.

Debt collectors have no powers all they do is simply chase the debt - all you need to do is wait for them to contact you, give a firm reply on your position and then tell them you don't want to hear from them again.

If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
