Ppi claim against mortgage company

Hi, I took out a interest only mortgage 14 years ago, and I would like to make a claim against them, the broker mis sold the mortgage to us and has now disappeared I was about to try a company called Pure Legal but the reviews are not very good I was wondering how can I do this myself where do I start.

PLEASE don’t use this company. They haven’t settled a single case. Beyond the commission for the loan they get they have zero interest in your case.

I quit because of how unprofessional they are in every way imaginable.
