Its a crap system- the court makes orders but does nothing to enforce them. Someone has a CCJ to repay me considerable lump sum. They refuse to pay a penny or set up a repayment plan. Can i ask the court to set up and enforce a repayment plan? how do I do this? He is unemployed and has no property ... or so he says
