    Hi

i have received many emails and letter from these people over a unpaid payday loan.
the amount they have added on has almost tripled the amount of money I actually owed and now continuously threatening me with all sorts from attachment or earnings, a bailiff coming into my work place, me getting the sack or disciplinary and also jail!

i have been in contact since jan with them via email and have them all saved I offered to pay a small amount each month which they accepted however the online portal to pay never worked! I constantly back and forth explaining this to them but the contact got more aggressive towards me. Eventually me getting a ccj which is on my credit file as I have checked.

I’ve not been at my current job for long so got scared when I noticed they know where I now work and said someone will be coming in to see me.
i called them asking to set up a payment plan they demanded half of what money they seem to think I have left over each month even though I told them that isn’t the case they said they wouldn’t accept anything less! I had to agree to this however I don’t know how I can do this!
they told me to write to the court explaining set up payments and they might stop the attachment if earning going via my employer!

l don’t know if I’ve done the right thing I feel bullied and pushed into something I can’t afford
