Hi all.
New guy here looking for a bit of help.
Recieved a claim form from the CCBS from Lowells on a old Orange phone bill that i had defaulted on.
Last payment to them was in June 2013 and the agreement was transferred to Lowell in september 2014.
I was living abroad in Australia from August 2013 to November 2015 so recieved no letters etc from Orange or Lowell.
Now i have a claim form threatening a CCJ if payment of £2043 is not made etc.
Is Statute Barred a good route to go down as no payment or aknowledgemnet has been made in over 6 years.
How can i contend this??
