A local person who dislikes me intensely has made a post on a Facebook page which is used to highlight local news and issues. The information posted is a complete fabrication, extremely misleading and very defamatory towards me. I have followed pre-action protocols in writing to the person concerned asking for a retraction, an apology and an undertaking not to repeat or add any new postings, but have been met with denial and indifference and have effectively been given the finger. How do I go about getting a judge to order the person to do what I am asking for?
