  • ParkingEye County Court Claim Form

I have received a County Court Claim Form re non payment in a hospital car park. Not knowing what do do, I have buried my head in the sand and I am on day 14 of the time limit. I have gone online to extend the time limit and I am being asked if I intend to defend all or part of the claim and if I intend to contest jurisdiction. As a start, I don't really know what these 2 questions mean and what the implications are.

You defend all of the claim and unless you don't live in England and Wales you don't contest jurisdiction. Acknowledging gives you 33 days from date of issue to get your defence to court.

Have you contacted PALS at the hospital to complain about the charge and tell PE to withdraw
