Son name change and new passport

My sons name has been changed by deed poll no problem and all relevant bodies have accepted name change. I applied for passport but struggling to get one. No contact from father for 6 years, indirect contact order in place but never actioned by him, he withdrew from court and said withdraw PR.

i have sent court order in now as requested but will they issue me with pasport. Really worried as we travel soon. Thanks in advance.

The question you pose is impossible to answer. Your best course is to enquire of the Passport Office.
