Fast track reclaim ppi

Hi, i would like some advice on where i stand. I completed an online free Ppi check with fast track reclaim to see if i had Ppi. They sent me forms to fill in and online questions which i have never filled in or or signed as i took one look and thought i can't be bothered and ignored it all. It came back that i did have ppi from 2 places from there checks. I didn't respond to any of the banks phone calls and letters as i had decided it was too much hassle and honestly i couldnt remember much of the details. I have been awarded 2 amounts from the companies which suprised me as i did not engage. But fast track are harrasing me on the phone and threatening texts. I have not recieved any funds as yet and and i did not sign a contract. Where do i stand legally?
