County court business centre

In 2915 I received a parking ticket from premier park limited which I ignored. Today I received a claim from the county court business centre in Northampton. What should I do?

Acknowledge the claim using the details and password on the form. Nothing in the defence, nothing. This gives you 33 days from the date of issue to get your defence to the court.

Post up the original PCN, if you still have it, or a SAR to Premier to get the details. A letter to the solicitor requesting copies of all documents they intend to rely on in court.
