Hi I resigned/retired prior to a disciplinary hearing due to stress.My resignation was accepted.I have since seen the case file and feel there are so many lies and untruths in it, from those that raised the initial grievance. Also the level of questions at my interview did not indication the level of the charges. Is it too late to write to my employer to put my side and raise my concerns about the process. I do not want to take it to tribunal but feel my reputation is at stake after loyal service.
