My partner is being pursued for an O2 debt that isn't hers. She has an account with O2 which was taken out at a different address, different bank and using Mrs rather than Miss. We have spoken to them on a number of occasions and they said they would investigate fraud. A letter was received today saying they had carried out an ‘investigation’ but still believe my partner is responsible for this debt. Can anyone advise on the next step to take?
