    I'd be grateful for some advice regarding a letter of claim received from BW legal demanding £160 for NCP fine. There might already be a thread on this here?

    So give some more information please,such as the original Notice to Keeper, redact identifying details but leave dates, and possibly signs.

    Don't identify the driver

    ask the mods to move to the correct motoring parking forum.
