Reading over the fitness and proper section of Form A for approved person status, I would like to clarify what exactly is meant by the question relating to the judgements. If an individual has got an order for recovery for an unpaid Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), for example, would one be required to disclose this? It is not a judgment, and therefore is not visible on any credit files, nor does it appear in the Public Register of Judgements, Orders and Fines. It is simply a warrant issued by the TEC. Some clarification would be appreciated.
