Hi, I brought loose sofa covers for 2 sofa’s, they were supposed to be treated with something that enabled you be be able to just wipe, with a damp cloth anything, including ink, felt tips etc. After some time I had occasion to wash of dog sick. It did not work so I washed 2 cushion covers and found there was a problem with the material. Plumbs investigated and said the material was a faulty batch and are going to give a full refund. I would like to know if I have a case for compensation at the moment as I no longer have the previous covers for the 4 seats and 4 backs. Plumbs said they are not responsible i did not keep them.
