Found your site by googling the PRA v Diana Mayhew court case, and thought would join up as may well be in need of advice. I have a few debts some with the original creditors and a couple that have been passed or sold on, which I have followed (one in the middle of) the 3 letter process. I am not nor likely to be able to afford to pay them and sadly may end up with a couple more defaults due to a further unexpected change in income, so may be in need of some help. Will be having a good read round to try and be wise!
