  • Highview Parking Fine Marsh Street Car Park Stoke-On-Trent

Received this parking fine in the Post for Marsh Street car park – Last day to pay or the discounted fee is today as I have been so busy!!! But I want to appeal this ticket as the driver was there for 14minutes the car park was poorly lit, the drivercould not see where machines were and how to pay or whether the driver need to pay. The driver had no cash so went over to the cash point but the cash point was out of order so the driver just came back go in the car and left the car park…only to find a ticket in the post for 14mins!! Ridiculous…had a look online and lots of people have said they have brought tickets but still got charged at this car park so any advice on how I should appeal my case to them to make them drop this?

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thinking of doing an online appeal on Highview parking as this is my last day to pay the £50 before it becomes £85.

    Hi
    Edit your post as above.
    Never ID who was driving.

Is this sufficient amount of information to send to them as an Appeal? Sorry for bombarding you with questions!

Does this look like enough information to just send straight to the appeal?

Lol....obviously you found a way to do so.

Did you submit an appeal to the parking co?
            No worries if not.
