    This is an example of a Consumer Credit court claim defence.
    It will give you an idea of the format, though of course you will need to scrub all references to the CCA.

    That would certainly be part of your defence....other facts might yet come to light.
    & if you've asked for disclosure, but haven't received all you've requested, mention that fact.
    You might also wish to introduce the issue of laches....see below.


    And do I need to wait for their documentation?
    No.....ensure that you file your defence at court in a timely fashion.
    For info only.....do not mention Wikipedia in your defence statement, use the info therein.
