  • Lowell’s solicitors

    morning,

can an anyone help me please?

I have had Lowell’s hounding me for the past 3 years demanding money from a debt they bought off Lloyd’s for a loan.

I didnt know know who they were so ignored them thinking it was a scam, but recently I moved house (November 18) and try continued to send post there even though I. No longer lived there, it was only by chance I got chatting to the new remnants of the flat I gave up and they informed me I had a few bits of post. So on opening it I was told I had missed a so called court date? A CCJ had not been placed on my credit file. So I rang the county court baulk Centre who were a waste of time and fobbed me off and said my excuse of not living there was no good etc etc and advised I ring Lowell’s.

Now owt I don’t want to ring them and “joinder” so seeked debt advice who where great and they have what I thought helped with consolidating my debts but this so callled debt with Lowell’s wasn’t taken into consideration with he rat of my debt.

So so today no response from Lowell’s I recieve a letter (they have my new address somehow) stating I’ve mossed payment under the CCJ something I knew nothing about, and now demanding £400 to which I simply can’t afford along with enforcement action pending - warrant of control, attachment of earnings or charging order, neither which I don’t want or afford.

Help? I can send the letter if anyone needs to see it.

    Thanks

      Hi
It's unclear from your posts whether or not a County Court Judgment has been handed down & registered.
You should be able to clarify this by a search on Trust Online
