Canceling Sky

Sky TV chasing me for unpaid subscription, 2 years after leaving. 3 calls, longest on hold for 75 minutes, trying to cancel. Declared instead by secure online chat message that I'd given up on calling, now being harassed by debt management firm they've sold this 'debt' on to.
